Orbit Treasury

Orbit Treasury Limited (OTL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orbit Group Limited (OGL). It was set up provide more cost effective treasury and cash management services within the Group.

Three key funders, Abbey, Nationwide and Lloyds TSB lend money to Orbit Treasury Limited who then distribute the cash to all Group members as required to meet both their operational and development needs.

Orbit Treasury Limited is governed by a board of six members approved by OGL. Meetings are held quarterly and cover all aspects of treasury strategy and management on behalf of the Group.

The current membership is as follows:

Jackie Mathews – Group Board member
Rosemary Hyde – Group Board Member
Peter Clelland – Independent Board Member
