Doing Business with Orbit
Procurement is:
'the acquisition of Works, Services and Goods, which meet the residents' (and service users') needs, whilst ensuring value for money throughout the life of the product including disposal'.
It is about the purchase of all goods, services and works needed to enable Orbit to deliver services to its residents. This can be anything from pens and paper to major construction projects, such as new housing schemes therefore how we do this can vary.
