Community Investment

The Orbit Group Community Investment Programme has been established to make long-lasting contributions and improvements to the communities in which we work.

Over the next five years this Group-wide Programme will invest over £3 million on a wide range of projects covering a variety of issues, including:

Financial inclusion
Enterprise and employment
Youth Inclusion and tackling ASB
Training and education
Health and well-being
Community cohesion

In addition to the Group-wide Programme each Operating Association within the Orbit Group also has its own Community Investment Programme and budget. These programmes support smaller projects that fall outside of the remit of the Group programme but which still have a positive impact on local neighbourhoods.

The Orbit Group’s mission is to build brighter futures for people and communities. We want to create places where people want to live and improve the overall well-being of our residents. Our Community Investment programme will help us achieve this.
